Ava is having a good day so far and resting for being two months old. Her amplitude is down to 13, her mean is 13, her O2 is around 35. She is up to 27ml of food. She is swelling a little in the groin area so she may not quite be 3lbs. We shall hopefully see tonight. She did lose 20 grams yesterday.
They did change her breathing tube last night and when she was off of it for a few seconds, she didn't turn blue right away. She stayed pink for a bit which is good. The nurse even heard her cry. I don't think I have ever wanted to hear a baby cry so badly since I can't hear her right now. I want to hear her beautiful voice.
Her CO2 blood gas was 35 this evening. She still is 3lbs. No gain, no loss.
